Vatica Health is in search of dedicated Medical Assistants who exhibit exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment for our Field Coordinator I role. The Field Coordinator I collaborates with our provider partners and clinical teams to enhance practice operations and achieve optimal patient engagement within the office setting. This position requires close interaction with various internal departments (Clinical Consultants, Schedulers, Operations) and our provider partners to effectively coordinate patient and provider interactions. The ultimate goal of the Field Coordinator I is to improve practice engagement rates by managing our practice rosters and ensuring that every active patient receives a Vatica visit.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct visits to provider offices to facilitate Medical Record transfers
  • Collaborate with Clinical Consultants to assess practice workflows and identify improvement opportunities
  • Work alongside practices to generate reports from the Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
  • Organize and validate patient lists
  • Coordinate with Operations and Payer to confirm patient eligibility
  • Manage and uphold scheduling templates for all practices
  • Monitor and maintain a list of patients requiring rescheduling and work with internal teams and clients to ensure new appointments are arranged
  • Create visit templates in the application and oversee the rosters at each site (schedule reconciliation)

Qualifications

  • Experience with diverse EMR systems
  • Administrative experience in a provider office/Medical Assistant background
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks
  • Willingness to travel to provider offices up to 5 days a week

The salary for this position is influenced by various factors including qualifications, experience, skills, and location. The anticipated compensation range may vary based on these factors and could be between $45,000 and $65,000 (annualized USD). This estimate reflects just one component of our comprehensive compensation package.
