Incentive: $1,000 Sign-on Bonus for Full-time Certified Nursing Assistants

The Certified Pediatric Nursing Assistant (CPNA) plays a crucial role in supporting the nursing team by ensuring comprehensive care coordination for our young clients and their families. This position involves delivering direct care that addresses the holistic needs of the child and family, encompassing educational, psychosocial, behavioral, physical, mental, and emotional aspects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care while promoting independence in children.
  • Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for the child.

Qualifications:
  • Active CPNA registration in Kentucky is mandatory.
  • Preferred: At least six months of experience as a practicing CNA.
  • Pediatric experience is advantageous.
  • Current negative Tuberculosis test (PPD) is required.
  • Certification in CPR (Basic Life Support) is essential.

Employment Type:
  • Full-time positions available.

Compensation:
  • Starting Rate: $16.00 per hour
    • Increases based on experience and established criteria.
