Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Facility Operations Coordinator to oversee the maintenance operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and be able to coordinate the work of maintenance personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and systems.
  • Inspect equipment and systems to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and repair minor problems and perform basic upkeep of the facility.
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities to inform future decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices.
  • Proficient in facility maintenance techniques and able to lead a team effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret technical schematics and drawings.
  • Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general property maintenance.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.
