Facility Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Facility Operations Coordinator to oversee the maintenance operations of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and be able to coordinate the work of maintenance personnel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to ensure the proper functioning of equipment and systems.
- Inspect equipment and systems to identify potential issues and develop solutions.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor problems and perform basic upkeep of the facility.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment to ensure efficient use and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities to inform future decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices.
- Proficient in facility maintenance techniques and able to lead a team effectively.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret technical schematics and drawings.
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general property maintenance.
The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required.
