Facilities Management Coordinator
Estimated Salary: $48,000 - $65,000 per year.

Ball HealthCare is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Management Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our housekeeping and laundry departments, ensuring that our facility is maintained in a clean, safe, and sanitary manner.

Responsibilities include:
  1. Supervising and managing housekeeping and laundry staff.
  2. Developing and implementing effective cleaning schedules and procedures.
  3. Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility.
  4. Ensuring timely delivery of laundry services.
  5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Training in environmental control and operation of laundry equipment practices and procedures.
