Clerical Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Clerical Operations Coordinator to support our administrative operations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating various clerical tasks, maintaining accurate records, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely payments and maintain accurate contract information.
  • Enter daily attendance into childplus and generate reports as required.
  • Support the accounting team by reconciling statements and paying bills.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1-3 years of general office assistant experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office applications and other basic data systems.
Compensation:

$13-$15 per hour, depending on experience.
