About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Assistant to join our team at Portsmouth Regional Hospital. As an Orthopedic Trauma Surgery Advanced Practice Provider, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our trauma program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide orthopedic trauma coverage at our Level II trauma hospital, working collaboratively with the on-call orthopedic surgeon and other members of the trauma team.
  • Round on patients, conduct consults, and provide orthopedic ER coverage, with opportunities for OR first assist when needed.
  • Utilize your expertise and skills to triage patients, manage time effectively, and communicate effectively with clinical teams, departments, and nursing staff.
  • Meet the qualifications and requirements outlined below.

Requirements

  • New Hampshire licensure or ability to obtain.
  • NCCPA certification.
