About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopaedic Trauma Surgery Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at HCA Healthcare/Capital Division. This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated professional to utilize their expertise and skills in a hospital-based setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide orthopedic trauma coverage at a level II trauma hospital with a high level of autonomy and collaboration with the on-call orthopedic surgeon.
  • Work weekdays from 3 pm to 11 pm, covering fully hospital on-site orthopedic trauma with no call coverage.
  • Rounding, consults, orthopedic ER coverage, and some OR 1st assist when needed.
  • Must be self-motivated and possess excellent triage skills and time management abilities.
  • Communicate effectively with clinical teams, departments, and nursing staff to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Must be NCCPA certified and possess New Hampshire licensure or be able to obtain it.

  • Our trauma team covers non-orthopedic trauma, and we have in-house hospital coverage 24/7.
