As a RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator Critical Care, you will be responsible for providing clinical expertise to ensure all patients receive high-quality, efficient care in a high-acuity environment. Your duties will include assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating the care of PCU patients, instructing patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions, maintaining and reviewing patients' records, administering medications in accordance with physician orders, and providing leadership to your nursing team during your designated shift.Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must be licensed as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or appropriate compact licensure. If compact license held, active FL RN license required within 60 days of hire. You should also have a nursing diploma or ASN, with BSN preferred. American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certification are required, with ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire or transfer. A minimum of 1 year RN experience in an acute care setting is preferred. Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to read and comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and use PC skills.About Us
