RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator Progressive Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator to join our team at HCA Florida Brandon Hospital. As a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care in our Progressive Care Unit.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Clinical Nurse Coordinator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating the care of patients in the Progressive Care Unit.
- Providing education and guidance to patients and their families regarding medications and treatment instructions.
- Maintaining and reviewing patient records, including posting test results and examination findings.
- Administering medications as prescribed by physicians.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Licensure as a Florida Registered Nurse in accordance with state regulations or compact licensure.
- A nursing diploma or ASN degree, with a BSN preferred.
- Previous experience in an acute care setting, with a strong preference for experience in a Progressive Care Unit.
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification.
- Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
