We are currently seeking a Warehouse Shipping Associate who is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service and possesses a meticulous attention to detail. This position is perfect for an individual who excels in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy of contents and confirm that all necessary documentation is included.
  • Prepare shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items, as well as managing the transfer and ordering of parts.
  • Work collaboratively with logistics personnel, customer service representatives, and other stakeholders involved in the shipping and receiving processes.
  • Maintain an orderly and clean shipping area to promote efficiency.
  • Demonstrate consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
  • Work hours are typically from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • Engage positively with vendors and delivery personnel.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Prior experience in shipping and receiving is essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Familiarity with SHIPSTATION software is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, stand for extended periods, and thrive in a fast-paced setting.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently throughout the day.
  • Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Effective time management skills are a must.
