Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Associate to join our team at Lineage Logistics. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of food kits.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assemble food kits according to production schedules and work orders
  • Move, gather, and distribute product based on production schedules and daily work orders
  • Store product and materials in designated areas and follow established sequences
  • Clean work areas throughout shifts

Additional Responsibilities:

  • May assist in compiling worksheets or tickets from customer orders
  • May assist in recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed
  • Work with other machinery and material handling equipment

Requirements:

  • Basic math skills
  • Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environments, in and around industrial machinery
  • Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20 Fahrenheit/-25 Celsius in cold storage sites or up to 100 Fahrenheit/37 Celsius in dry storage sites while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
  • Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud
