Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee the maintenance and repair of properties, including scheduling and supervising contractors and vendors.
  • Develop and implement budget plans and forecasts to ensure financial objectives are met.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in property management, preferably in the multifamily housing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to property management and tenant rights.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate staff.
  • Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions.
