Transform Intelligence Analysis through Instructional Design

As an Instructional Designer at Booz Allen Hamilton, you will have the opportunity to develop training that will transform intelligence analysis. We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer who is committed to solving some of the toughest challenges in national security by crafting effective training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to capture customer training needs and advise on the right learning solution
  • Design performance support tools that put the learner at the center of the training experience
  • Prepare training material following the ADDIE model
  • Recommend cutting-edge multimedia technologies and strategies, including blended learning, to build a successful learning environment
  • Collect and analyze results using evaluation methodologies such as the Kirkpatrick Model

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in training course development or instruction, intelligence analysis, or military capabilities
  • Knowledge of instructional design, intelligence analysis tradecraft, and national security concepts
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree
