Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Patient Authorization Specialist to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our clinical component, you will be responsible for front-end reimbursement duties, providing exceptional phone and clerical support to our home infusion team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Enter patient referral data into our database with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Update physician information in our database to ensure seamless communication.
  • Track and record outcomes information to inform our clinical practices.
  • Monitor and manage CIIs and patient satisfaction surveys to drive quality improvement.

Requirements:
  • 1+ year of experience with data entry and a strong attention to detail.
  • 1 year of experience working with verification or insurance benefits.
  • Experience with authorizations and a solid understanding of insurance terminology.
  • Familiarity with pharmacy assistant licensing requirements.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
