Your Responsibilities
As a certified Skincare Specialist, you will deliver health and beauty services utilizing advanced skincare techniques and premium products within the Beauty Department. Your role will involve promoting spa services, managing appointments, and performing various spa treatments. You will operate within your designated store and report directly to the Beauty Department Manager.
Key Duties
- Engage with clients to assess skin conditions and provide tailored recommendations for skincare treatments
- Administer a range of standard skincare procedures, including facials and exfoliation
- Educate clients on proper skincare routines; suggest skincare and cosmetic products available in the Beauty Department
- Ensure a hygienic and sterile workspace; maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment
- Keep detailed records of client information, treatment history, and appointment schedules
- Stay updated on the latest skincare treatments, products, and industry trends
- In-depth knowledge of skincare treatments, skin types, and Beauty Department offerings
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including weekends and evenings
- Strong consultation skills to determine the most effective treatment options for clients
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods
- Valid state esthetician or cosmetology license is mandatory
- Prior sales experience is advantageous
