Forensic Mental Health Specialist

Job Summary: Aspire Health Partners is seeking a highly skilled Forensic Mental Health Specialist to join our team. As a Forensic Mental Health Specialist, you will provide assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning to assist clients in functioning in the least restrictive environment. You will also comply with 65-E15, SAMHPO, and AOP standards, complete Targeted Case Management training, and maintain units of service expectations. Additionally, you will complete all documentation and billing of all service provision, work in office and field settings, and travel quarterly to State Hospitals to monitor county-assigned individuals. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning to assist clients in functioning in the least restrictive environment.
- Comply with 65-E15, SAMHPO, and AOP standards.
- Complete Targeted Case Management training and AHCA regulations.
- Maintain units of service expectations.
- Complete all documentation and billing of all service provision.
- Work in office and field settings.
- Travel quarterly to State Hospitals to monitor county-assigned individuals.
Requirements:
- Ability to receive and maintain a Level II Background clearance.
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Registration driver's license record in accordance with the underwriting guidelines set by Aspire insurance company.
- Bachelor Degree in a human services field.
