Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Receptionist/Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Palm Medical Centers. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring a smooth and efficient patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding patient service and ensure a positive experience for all patients and visitors.
  • Manage patient scheduling, check-in, and check-out processes, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  • Verify patient insurance and maintain accurate records.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and correspondence.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software and systems, including electronic medical records.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
