In your role as a Residential Sales Consultant, your primary responsibility will be to generate new recurring revenue from potential residential clients while also enhancing revenue from current customers through proactive engagement during in-person visits.

Your Contributions to Company Success:

  • Conduct engaging face-to-face sales presentations to new customers.
  • Identify and understand customer needs and preferences, aligning them with our service offerings while managing interactions with professionalism.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of sales orders and reconcile them with installation reports.
  • Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as directed by management.
  • Meet and exceed established sales targets and quotas.
  • Independently promote the sales of Cable One residential services.
  • Manage a monthly portfolio of prospects, optimizing your schedule for maximum face-to-face engagement.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required. A minimum of one year of demonstrated sales experience; or two years of college; or a combination of relevant sales experience and education. A stable work history is essential.

Must possess a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and necessary automobile insurance. Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor to represent Cable One effectively in the community.

Basic mathematical and computer skills are required. Ability to work in various weather conditions, walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 pounds is necessary. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is expected.

Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
