Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the sales operations within your department.
  • Training and Mentorship:
    Provide hands-on training to technicians, ensuring they are equipped to assess homeowners' sewer and water needs and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Performance Tracking:
    Maintain accurate sales reports, including KPIs, closing rates, leads, and follow-ups for your team, and provide necessary training to enhance performance.
  • Customer Interaction:
    Engage with customers directly, addressing their inquiries and inspecting sewer and water lines to make informed recommendations.
  • Product Expertise:
    Stay informed about the latest sewer and water products and technologies to effectively communicate their benefits to customers.
  • Team Leadership:
    Inspire and motivate your team to achieve sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Participation in Meetings:
    Actively engage in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of managerial experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing sales teams
  • Business acumen with profit and loss knowledge
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Willingness to undergo a background check and drug test
  • Strong work ethic, growth mindset, and high ethical standards
  • Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail

$60,000 - $200,000 annually

Schedule:
Monday to Friday with flexible work hours available.
