Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of the sales functions within your department.
  • Provide mentorship and training: Equip technicians with the skills to assess homeowners' sewer and water needs, and recommend suitable products and services.
  • Monitor and report on performance: Maintain precise sales reports, including KPIs, closing rates, leads, and follow-ups for your team, and offer training to enhance their performance.
  • Engage with customers: Build relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and inspecting sewer and water lines to make informed recommendations.
  • Stay informed: Keep up with the latest sewer and water technologies to effectively communicate their advantages to customers.
  • Lead your team: Inspire and guide your team of comfort advisors to meet sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in meetings and training: Actively engage in staff meetings and training sessions to stay at the forefront of industry knowledge.
  • Drive business growth: Work collaboratively with other departments to identify opportunities for expansion and enhance customer experiences.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of managerial experience
  • At least 3 years of experience managing sales teams
  • Business acumen: Intermediate knowledge of profit and loss
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug testing
  • Growth-oriented mindset, eager to learn, uphold high ethical standards, and motivated to achieve significant earnings
