Job Summary:

Innovative Human Services, LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with mental illness in community living settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with daily living skills, including budgeting, meal planning, and medication administration.
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and provide transportation as needed.
  • Support clients in developing and maintaining healthy relationships and social boundaries.
  • Help clients with grocery shopping and meal preparation.
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to clients in their daily lives.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • No valid driver's license is required for some positions, although it is preferred.
  • Strong desire to help others and create positive relationships with persons served.
