Job Title: Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional

Residential Services, Inc. (RSI) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Awake Overnight Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in helping individuals with disabilities and mental illness live their best lives.

About the Role:

This is a full-time position that requires working overnight shifts, typically 10:30pm-8:30am. You will be responsible for providing direct care and support to individuals with varying needs, including medication administration, household duties, and community activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities and mental illness
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as medication administration and personal hygiene
  • Engage individuals in community activities, such as shopping, concerts, and outdoor recreation
  • Develop meaningful relationships with individuals and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the RSI team to provide person-centered care
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a post-offer background check
