Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
  • A positive, respectful, and proactive attitude.
  • Familiarity with plant species and gardening practices.
  • Capability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Ability to remain active and stand for extended periods.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical capability to lift and transport plants.
  • Independence in task execution.
  • A degree in horticulture, landscape design, business management, communications, hospitality, or a related field is advantageous.

Availability: Evening and weekend shifts are required.
