ZipRecruiter is seeking a talented Energy Efficiency Project Coordinator to lead our sustainability efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and implementing energy-efficient projects and programs, as well as collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement energy-efficient projects and programs, including feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and project management.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including facilities management and operations teams, to identify opportunities for energy efficiency improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, including utility companies, vendors, and contractors.

**Requirements:

  • Five (5) years full-time paid professional experience in energy efficiency or a related field.
  • Additional experience: Experience in facilities design and architecture is preferred.

**Estimated Salary:** $90,000 - $120,000 per year.
