Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Energy Efficiency Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing smart energy projects that leverage data analytics to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Demonstrate expertise in identifying energy reduction opportunities through data analysis and develop effective strategies to implement them
  • Interface with clients to understand project requirements and communicate engineering solutions
  • Conduct thorough energy audits and site investigations to identify areas for improvement
  • Analyze utility data to determine customer energy performance parameters and develop cost-saving estimates
  • Perform energy calculations using advanced modeling techniques to quantify energy conservation measures
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the energy services industry, including knowledge of complex HVAC systems
  • Valid US driver's license and willingness to pass AECOM's motor vehicle records review
Preferred Qualifications:

We welcome candidates with experience in:

  • Federal government, utilities, advanced manufacturing, and life sciences industries
  • Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office products and experience with energy modeling software
  • Background in renewable energy systems and energy policy, regulation, and economics

Compensation:

The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on location and individual qualifications.
