POSITION SUMMARY

The Clinical Sales Representative will play a crucial role in executing Collegium's strategic sales and marketing initiatives to ensure optimal market presence. This position will cultivate relationships with targeted healthcare professionals and their office staff to advance Collegium's mission of leading responsible pain management solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish and nurture robust business relationships with healthcare partners and clients.
  • Devise a strategy to engage with target clients within the designated territory, serving as a clinical resource.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of competitor products and market activities.
  • Effectively communicate balanced product information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement a strategic call plan.
  • Enhance market share for Collegium's product offerings.
  • Consistently embody and promote Collegium's Core Values.
  • Take responsibility for producing high-quality work within deadlines and with minimal errors.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
  • 2-4 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences sector is essential.
  • Demonstrated success in a dynamic environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) is required.
COMPENSATION

Salary range: $110,000 - $127,658 USD
