ITAC Solutions is seeking a skilled HubSpot CRM Administrator to drive business success through optimized CRM systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing our HubSpot platform, ensuring seamless integration with business processes and delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business processes and align HubSpot implementation with best practices to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Lead and manage HubSpot projects, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction through effective communication and project management skills.
  • Oversee daily operations, maintain data integrity, and customize CRM features to meet business needs.
  • Provide user support, develop training materials, and manage data accuracy to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Create dashboards and reports, manage integrations, and troubleshoot system issues to ensure optimal system performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience with HubSpot functionalities and all HubSpot enterprise hubs.
  • Strong project management skills and excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in data management and CRM best practices to drive business growth.
  • Experience with M365 tools to ensure seamless integration with our technology stack.
