Sales Manager/Business Development Role

The Sales Manager/Business Development will collaborate with internal teams and work closely with marketing and product development to align sales strategies with Shamrock's overall objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of sales principles, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to inspire and drive the team toward success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Track and report sales performance metrics, analyze results, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Performance Management: Monitor the performance of individual sales team members, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation: Work with the sales manager or upper management to implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
  • Sales Forecasting: Collaborate with the sales manager and other departments to create accurate sales forecasts, considering market trends and customer demand.
  • Team Building and Motivation: Foster a positive and cohesive team environment. Motivate team members through recognition, incentives, and regular communication.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between the sales team and upper management. Ensure open lines of communication and relay important information effectively.
Requirements:
  • 2-5 years of sales management experience
  • Roofing experience is not required but is preferred
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of sales principles
  • Ability to inspire and drive the team toward success

  • Capability to adapt to changing market conditions
