About the Role

We're seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Brockton, MA. This role will be relocating to our new facility in Stoughton, MA by year-end. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for:

  • Fielding customer inquiries for assigned accounts
  • Providing thorough follow-up, processing orders, and preparing quotations
  • Managing customer orders and expediting as needed
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Collaborating closely with regional sales managers, operations, and engineering teams on customer inquiries

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational abilities, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities
  • Business acumen with experience in technical product sales
  • Minimum 3-5 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing-related industry

Preferred Qualifications

We're looking for candidates with experience in customer portals for order receipt and fulfillment, as well as fluency in Spanish or Chinese.
