We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team in Lumberton, NC.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive mental health services to adults in our community-based programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs.

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience.

As a PMHNP with Broadstep, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide direct clinical care to patients in our community-based programs
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Conduct utilization reviews to ensure quality care and meet regulatory standards
  • Integrate mental health services with primary physical healthcare providers

We require a licensed Nurse Practitioner with certification in Psychiatric and Mental Health (PMHNP), a current DEA license, and proficiency with electronic records management.
