Job Overview

Taghleef Industries is seeking a highly skilled Product Development Engineer to lead the development of new products and technologies for our flexible packaging business. As a key member of our R&D team, you will be responsible for managing and closing R&D projects, from conception to product launch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement new product development strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design and test new products and technologies.
  • Collaborate with business teams to ensure project prioritization and budgeting.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, customers, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Chemistry, Materials Science, or Polymer Science.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in film manufacturing or flexible packaging industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of raw materials, packaging materials, and converting processes.
  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Fluent English language skills.
