As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for processing wafers and/or other substrates through various steps, including plating, lithography, wet and dry etch, clean, thin film vacuum deposition, packaging, and more.
Key Responsibilities
- Process wafers and/or other substrates through various steps, including plating, lithography, wet and dry etch, clean, thin film vacuum deposition, packaging, and more.
- Identify, communicate, and solve problems, organize projects and workflow.
- Accurately document and summarize data and process steps, as specified.
- Work closely with Engineers, Scientists, and Inventors from many different disciplines.
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Requirements
- Hands-on processing experience in semiconductor-like processing steps.
- Good dexterity and ability to handle small sensitive parts.
- Ability to learn to operate new tools and learn new chemical processing steps.
- Observant and able to identify sources of variability and/or yield impact.
- Flexible to learn new tasks as the workload is varied.
