CTG is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research Center Operations Coordinator to support the Research Support Center (RSC) at the Thomas J. Watson Research Center in Yorktown Heights, NY.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to researchers, fellows, and management, ensuring a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Perform various operational and administrative assistant tasks, including logistics for client engagements, special events, and backup support to the Yorktown Lobby Coordinator.
- Act as a resource for research employees' work requests, including direct interface, form preparation, approval processing, and records retention.
- Monitor the Research Support Center functional ID and distribute/assign requests to appropriate RSC team members.
- Assist with operational inquiries, including travel, compliance, and logistical needs in support of client engagements.
- Prepare visitor badges, handle unannounced visits, and process employee badges.
- Complete annual security training and be aware of wireless access processes.
- Understand the full scope of Site Operation Support and assist in resolving issues.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite programs, Mural, Box, Trello, and multi-tasking skills.
- Nice to have experience with Ariba and Concur.
