The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and characterizing processes on reactive ion etch platform tools, working closely with engineers and research teams to accomplish tasks assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

Developing and characterizing processes on reactive ion etch platform tools

Prior chemical and compressed gas use required

Ability to learn fast, execute with minimal errors, document with details, and communicate with clarity

Operate reactive ion etch tools

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of RIE fundamentals, tool operation, and basic plasma chemistry knowledge

3+ years' experience working in a semiconductor manufacturing line

3+ years' experience in semiconductor processing is a plus

Experience working in a cleanroom environment

Ability to work safely with chemicals and gases in the cleanroom

BA/BS in engineering or chemistry or equivalent or greater

Strong computer and analytical skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills required
