Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
  • Providing detailed information regarding our products and services over the phone.
  • Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
  • Receiving and delivering messages, both verbally and in writing.
  • Coordinating inspections and scheduling pest control services.
  • Inputting work orders into our system.
  • Managing past-due receivables.
  • Compiling data, scanning documents, and maintaining organized filing systems.
  • Preparing termite reports and Notices of Work Completion or Exclusion.
  • Creating diagrams using Microsoft Visio.
  • Uploading termite transactions to the relevant state authorities and forwarding originals to the Safety/Risk Department.
  • Utilizing computers, electronic calculators, fax machines, copiers, and other office equipment to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications:

A high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

The role may occasionally require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds. Employees may also need to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, or crouch as part of their duties. Reasonable accommodations can be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.

Work Environment:
