Position Overview:
The Cape Fox Corporation is seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Real Estate Services Coordinator. This role is pivotal in delivering effective real estate solutions and ensuring compliance with various federal initiatives.

Work Environment:
This position is primarily remote, with potential requirements for site visits and participation in in-person technical meetings.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Property Oversight: Manage the acquisition, administration, and disposal of real estate assets related to public land programs and specialized projects.
  2. Loan Management: Oversee properties acquired through federal loan insurance programs, ensuring effective management and disposition.
  3. Contract Oversight: Facilitate the processing of applications for rights-of-way, permits, and leases, while collaborating with Tribal entities to expedite project approvals.
  4. Application Evaluation: Review Tribal applications to ensure alignment with established policies and assist in obtaining necessary waivers.
  5. Collaboration: Engage with Tribal applicants, NEPA personnel, appraisers, and federal partners, maintaining accurate tracking of applications.
  6. Community Engagement: Conduct outreach for the Environmental Review Improvement Fund Tribal Assistance Program, providing essential technical support to Tribal organizations.
  7. Data Management: Analyze historical transactions and trust records, ensuring precise reporting and documentation.
  8. Regulatory Adherence: Ensure compliance with NEPA, Section 106, and fair market value assessments.
  9. Documentation: Prepare and manage all necessary contract documentation, ensuring thorough record-keeping and data accuracy.
  10. Reporting: Assist in the review of project proposals and related documents, providing insights and recommendations.
  11. Client Relations: Deliver exceptional service regarding trust and restricted fee lands, particularly in relation to broadband initiatives.
  12. Field Coordination: Support site visit requests and logistical arrangements for field operations.
  13. Expertise Provision: Offer specialized knowledge in real estate services, including archaeological and historical preservation considerations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of five years of relevant experience in real estate.
  • Strong understanding of real estate transactions and regulatory practices.
  • Willingness to travel 25%-50% as required.
  • Security clearance, including police checks and background investigations.
