Job Summary
We are seeking skilled and caring Teachers to implement our research-backed curriculum in a way that meets the unique needs of each child. As a Teacher, you will create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn, while also partnering with parents to provide the best possible care and education for their children.
Responsibilities
- Implement KinderCare's curriculum in a way that is consistent with the unique needs of each child
- Create a safe, nurturing environment where children can play and learn
- Partner and connect with parents to provide the best possible care and education for their children
- Support your center's success by partnering with center staff and leadership to achieve goals around enrollment, accreditation, and engagement
Requirements
- Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and handle multiple situations effectively
- CPR and First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain
- Meet state specific qualifications for the role or willingness to obtain
- Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential (or willing to obtain)
What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as benefits including discounted child care, medical, dental, and vision insurance, employee assistance programs, and more. Our centers operate in over 2,000 locations across 40 states and the District of Columbia, providing opportunities for growth and advancement.
