**Job Summary:**
We are seeking an Education and Employment Specialist 3 to join our innovative team at VIABILITY, INC. This part-time position involves teaching small groups of students in schools and community settings, helping them gain pre-employment transitional skills.
About the Role:
- This role requires working with high school students, particularly those with disabilities, to help them navigate life skills and prepare for post-secondary education or the job market.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with diverse populations and be able to read, write, and speak Spanish fluently (though not required).
- As a key member of our team, you will work closely with school personnel, higher education programs, and community employers to build strong partnerships and support students in their pursuits.

Responsibilities:
- Teaching and engaging students with self-advocacy, job exploration, workplace readiness skills, work-based learning experiences, and post-secondary education.
- Building strong partnerships with school personnel, higher education programs, and community employers to support students.
- Using virtual reality and other platforms as tools to facilitate and engage students.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma/GED or Hi-SET plus 1-2 years related experience OR Associate's degree plus 1 year related experience and/or training.
- One year of human service experience desired.
- Knowledge of and respect for diverse populations.
