About the Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead our projects in Massachusetts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of our construction projects, focusing on quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and enforce Standard Operating Procedures to maintain high-quality standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Oversee and document day-to-day job site activities, managing teams to align with project plans and objectives.
  • Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration with the Project Management team to ensure project success.
  • Identify and address challenges promptly, collaborating with the team to find effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience as a lead Construction Superintendent in Multi-Family, Healthcare, and/or Commercial projects.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proficiency in MS Project to establish and implement project schedules, considering contract requirements and subcontractor input.
  • Ability to update MS Project Schedule regularly and review with the project team.
  • Experience in providing weekly updates of the three-week look-ahead schedule.
  • Knowledge of organizational requirements to ensure company standards are upheld.
  • Ability to oversee subcontractor performance to maintain high-quality standards.
  • Experience in scheduling safety pre-construction meetings for subcontractors, ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and project-specific safety plans.
