Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic executive communications program that showcases our customer experience and go-to-market story.
  • Partner with our PR, marketing, events, social media, employee communications, and AR teams to drive a cohesive communications strategy.

  • Drive keynote development and serve as a strategic advisor to our executives on messaging, tone, and speaker delivery.

  • Help cultivate and grow our brand voice, using humor and fun to engage and inform, while working closely with other teams within Marketing to ensure a consistent brand experience.
  • Collaborate with our design team to guide the development of corresponding visuals and slides that illustrate key points and help our executives engage audiences.
  • Partner tightly with our Corporate Communications, Marketing, Product Marketing, Partner Marketing, Customer Experience, and Global Revenue leadership teams to ensure tight alignment of messages and narratives.
About You

We're looking for a seasoned communications professional with a proven track record of developing and implementing strategic employee and external communications across a variety of channels in support of senior-level technical leaders. You should have experience working in corporate communications and marketing, including executive communications experience, in a fast-paced, high-tech company.

Key qualifications include:

  • 12+ years working in corporate communications and marketing, including executive communications experience, in a fast-paced, high-tech company.
  • 12+ years writing and editing for a broad spectrum of multimedia communication channels.
  • Shown success developing and implementing strategic employee and external communications across a variety of channels in support of senior-level technical leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience at an enterprise, software-as-a-service company, working in communications on the go-to-market side of the business.
  • Established track record collaborating with and proactively supporting senior leaders on communications strategies and standard processes.
  • Strong experience leading C-level keynote content development, including storyline development, script writing, and guiding visuals (in partnership with visual designer).
  • Data-minded and metrics-oriented, with experience building out reports and metrics-based programs for executive communications.
