Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the library's objectives.
- Collaborate with library staff to generate creative marketing concepts.
- Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and public relations.
- Produce and distribute promotional materials while adhering to public library guidelines.
- Manage the library's online presence, including social media platforms and community engagement groups.
- Oversee the library's website to ensure accurate and engaging content is available to the public.
- Coordinate room reservations, library tours, and provide technical support as needed.
- Organize events and secure guest speakers for various library programs.
- Manage the marketing budget and foster relationships with vendors.
- Assist in programming efforts alongside the Adult Services Librarian.
- Prepare library spaces for events and activities.
- Recruit and supervise volunteers for library events.
