Position Overview
The ideal candidate will oversee the comprehensive marketing management across various business lines, including international markets. This role involves the formulation and implementation of marketing strategies for in-line products, guided by the VP of Sales and Marketing, North America. Collaboration with the US intrathecal sales team, full product line sales team, international market managers, vendors, and other stakeholders is essential to design and execute impactful marketing initiatives aimed at maximizing revenue across all business sectors.

- Evaluation of market dynamics and business conditions to provide insights and identify needs
- Monitoring market shares and competitive landscape
- Regular updates to internal teams regarding changes affecting the business
- Tracking and overseeing the execution of key milestones and objectives
- Developing a robust understanding of healthcare provider needs and current treatment paradigms
- Creation and approval of an annual comprehensive marketing strategy, including promotional materials, medical conferences, scientific initiatives, digital marketing campaigns, and more
- Management of budgets and vendor relationships for marketing activities, including the development of sales team resources
- Designing marketing programs aimed at influencing healthcare providers and treatment facilities
- Advising on promotional strategies and tactics to engage customers effectively
- Researching and understanding new product launches, including market specifics and healthcare provider requirements
- Analyzing market opportunities to develop competitive positioning and value propositions
- Identifying areas for improvement and recommending changes to enhance segment performance
- Collaborating with sales directors and country managers to understand market conditions and necessary support
- Partnering with management to create a compelling business plan and define the required budget
- Working closely with legal, regulatory, and scientific teams to ensure compliance of promotional materials
- Leading the execution of tactical plans and delivering programs on schedule and within budget
- Developing tools and programs to enhance sales force effectiveness
- Ensuring quarterly budget management adheres to specified variations
Reporting Structure

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- 5+ years of experience in commercial roles, particularly in pharmaceutical marketing
- Successful experience in pharmaceutical sales (sales management experience is a plus)
- Experience with drug/device combinations
- Proven track record of contributing to and identifying high-performing teams
- Aptitude for leading brand strategy and product positioning
- Expertise in healthcare provider marketing and lifecycle management
