Role Responsibilities:

The focus of this position is on the implementation of SAP BRIM as part of HPE's digital transformation strategy. You will engage in the execution of XaaS business models using BRIM, leveraging cutting-edge SAP technologies to modernize HPE's operational processes and enhance user experiences.

Key Duties Include:

  • System Design and Development:
    • Designing user experiences for web applications using tools like Figma.
    • Creating high-performance UI5/Fiori applications with a focus on user experience.
    • Extending and theming Fiori applications.
    • Architecting scalable SAP solutions while considering integration, performance, and system architecture.
    • Collaborating with diverse teams to ensure smooth integration with existing technologies.
  • Technical Leadership:
    • Providing guidance and mentorship to project teams, including developers and system administrators.
    • Ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and standards.
    • Evaluating the SAP roadmap and recommending tools and strategies for implementation.
    • Leading cross-functional teams in analyzing complex business requirements.
    • Managing end-to-end processes from solution architecture to development.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Identifying and resolving performance issues to maintain optimal system functionality.
    • Conducting regular assessments to enhance the SAP landscape.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Working closely with functional teams to translate requirements into effective technical solutions.
    • Aligning technical decisions with functional needs in collaboration with SAP consultants.
    • Engaging with third-party vendors for tool integration and strategy development.
  • Hands-On Development: Engaging in hands-on development aligned with user experience and functional requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 10 years of experience in building UI5/Fiori applications, including two transactional applications.
  • Proficiency in UX design tools such as Figma.
  • Advanced understanding of modern software development methodologies, including GitHub.

Technical Skills:

  • Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP BRIM.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP architecture, including Fiori and CDS.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP UI5, Fiori, and related technologies.
