Position Overview:

Fitch Solutions is seeking a seasoned professional in Employee Communications to spearhead internal messaging initiatives. This role requires close collaboration with organizational leadership to devise and execute communication strategies that resonate with the company's objectives.

As the Employee Communications Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that employees are well-informed about the organization's vision, objectives, and significant updates, while also celebrating key milestones with the wider Fitch Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize your expertise in employee communications to develop and co-create programs that promote business objectives, motivate, educate, and unify employees around the company’s mission and values.
  • Facilitate organizational transitions by crafting and implementing communication strategies that guide employees through changes, highlighting business objectives and nurturing a sense of community.
  • Engage with senior leadership as primary communicators to enhance employee comprehension of Fitch's operations, involving them in strategic messaging and initiatives across various communication platforms.
  • Curate and refine content, manage internal communication channels based on performance metrics, and deliver a cohesive multi-channel communication strategy.
  • Establish clear objectives, track progress, and provide analytical insights for ongoing enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in developing and executing internal communications, change management, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Expertise in formulating communication strategies within fast-paced, global, and regulated environments.
  • Strong presence and ability to communicate effectively across all levels of management and staff.
  • Ability to influence leadership decisions with informed recommendations on Employee Communications strategies.
  • Proficient in utilizing diverse communication mediums and channels.
  • Skilled in analyzing metrics, employing a data-driven approach, and integrating user feedback.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional service and surpassing expectations.
  • Adept at adapting and thriving in a dynamic global environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in employee communications within a global organization.
  • Experience in communications within a commercial or sales-focused environment.
  • Familiarity with the regulated financial services sector is a plus.
  • Ability to cultivate trusting relationships and provide constructive feedback.
