Position Overview
As an Automotive Electronics Technician, you will utilize your technical expertise to integrate advanced technology into clients' vehicles. This role involves adhering to established protocols for assessing, troubleshooting, and installing mobile electronic systems tailored to each vehicle's specifications. You will also provide automotive technology insights, best practices, and recommendations to customers and team members. This position is also referred to as a Mobile Tech Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Install a variety of mobile electronic solutions, including remote starters, audio systems, dash cameras, backup cameras, amplifiers, and in-dash navigation units.
- Confirm vehicle make and model, addressing any compatibility issues before installation.
- Utilize provided resources to identify suitable mobile electronic products and successfully complete installation tasks.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the installation process.
- Obtain and maintain necessary certifications relevant to the role.
Essential Qualifications
- Possess a valid driver's license.
- Maintain a driving record that aligns with safety standards.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in installing automotive electronics.
