Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Property Managers during project planning phases, addressing material requirements, cost assessments, and other logistical needs.
  • Forecast time and staffing requirements to align with operational objectives.
  • Lead the on-site project team to ensure daily tasks are executed efficiently and within established timelines.
  • Promptly communicate any unanticipated changes to Management.
  • Ensure that project site materials are utilized effectively to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
  • Monitor on-site staff to guarantee compliance with safety regulations, including (V)OSHA and MSI safety protocols.
  • Proactively supervise and mentor on-site personnel to uphold work quality, addressing any issues and reporting findings to management as necessary.
  • Assist in managing project completion to fulfill customer expectations, promptly reporting any delays or pertinent findings to management.
  • Regularly engage in site work alongside other responsibilities to maintain project timelines and budget adherence.
  • Track daily progress against the project Gantt chart and provide weekly updates to the Property Manager, escalating any schedule or budget changes according to departmental policies.
  • Prepare and deliver precise quotes for assigned projects.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years in construction or a related field required.

Required Licenses/Certifications:
  • Valid Driver's License
  • OSHA/MSHA Certification
