Job Title: Value Analysis Team Program Coordinator

Join Intermountain Health as a Value Analysis Team Program Coordinator and play a pivotal role in optimizing supply chain processes, championing change management, and driving value to the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • VAT Meeting Support: Schedule and coordinate VAT meetings, ensuring timely communication and organization.
  • VAT KPI/Goal Process Support: Facilitate the annual development of VAT Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and goals for each VAT and alignment of those metrics across all the VATs.
  • Coordination of VAT Content and Interactions: Act as a liaison between different VATs, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and alignment.
  • Support Internal and External Communication: Support the execution of communication strategies to ensure clear and consistent messaging.
  • Support the VAT Process: Support adherence to the VAT process, ensuring alignment to process steps and adherence to content criteria checklists.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5 years of experience in project management, program coordination, or a similar role within a healthcare supply chain environment.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders.
