Front Desk Team Member

The Front Desk Team Member will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to members, guests, and staff. This includes greeting and directing individuals, providing assistance with inquiries, and performing various administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Enthusiastically greet each member and guest, provide security and control to the front door and retail area, and personally check each member into the gym.
- Administrative Duties: Monitor check-ins to identify delinquent accounts, register guests into the gym, and answer phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Communication: Respond to member requests, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintenance: Clean and maintain the front desk area according to company standards.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively with staff and members, and functional computer skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift 25lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods of time.
- Competitive Pay: $20.00/hr.
