Job Title: Account Executive - Ticketing Sales

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our Ticketing Sales team at New Mexico United. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the sale of tickets and ticket packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and identify new sales opportunities
  • Utilize Hubspot, our CRM system, to track sales, meetings, and conversations
  • Participate in inbound and outbound call campaigns to drive sales
  • Responsible for in-stadium and outside face-to-face sales presentations to create sales opportunities
  • Manage and service assigned accounts to up-sell and renew on an annual basis
  • Research and create new sales opportunities to increase revenue
  • May be required to work outside sales events and home games to promote sales packages
  • Responsible for follow-up phone campaigns involving direct marketing efforts
  • Meet or exceed all established activity and sales goals
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a similar industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficient in Hubspot and other CRM systems
