POSITION SUMMARY:

Penn State Health is seeking a committed and proficient Physician Assistant specializing in Pediatric Gastroenterology to enhance our healthcare team. In this capacity, you will play a vital role in delivering comprehensive medical care to young patients experiencing a range of gastrointestinal issues. Collaborating closely with a team of healthcare professionals, including physicians and nurse practitioners, you will be responsible for diagnosing and managing pediatric GI disorders within the outpatient setting. This role operates on a Monday through Friday schedule, with no weekend or on-call responsibilities, and provides a competitive compensation package along with opportunities for continuing medical education and professional growth.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant Program or equivalent
  • National Certification and valid licensure to practice in Pennsylvania
  • Preferred prior experience in a relevant field
